General Check-in Instructions

There is no shuttle bus service between airport to our hotel from 1 Nov 2019 . We are pleased to announce that breakfast will be reopen as of 1st Jun 2020, with opening hours between 07:30 and 10:30am (Monday to Friday only). And, provide American set breakfast at special price HKD55 per person and inclusive of 10% service charge. Lunch will be from 12:00-2:30pm (Monday to Friday only). Dinner will not be available at the moment
In compliance with Government Regulations prohibiting free bottled water, shower caps, shaving kits, and combs in the guest room, please purchase those items from the vending machine located on the 2nd Floor.
Deposit is required upon check-in.

The room cleanliness was really great, they always change towels and amenities. The amenities was not include shower cap and mineral water, you must buy on the customer service. Hotel location is great near to the bus station and MTR even you must walk for 450 meters to reach bus station.

Good Location, around 400 meters from Jordan station exit D. Just 5 mins walk to Tsim Tsa Tsui. Surrounded by restaurant and convenience store. The room is clean. Bed is too hard, but value to money.

The hotel was located at a great location, very easy to get to from the airport and going to the airport via buses. The check in and check out were easy, the staff helped me check in on my arrival, it didn't take long. Checking out was just a matter of dropping off the keys. The room itself was a reasonable size for 1 person, taking into account of the normal size at HK 's hotel. Don't expect there is a lot of room to move around. The shower was tiny, and the drain was blocked, so I was standing in the pool of water at the end of the shower, apart from that, not too bad.

Only 2 bath towels and a bathmat supplied. Roomis small so be ready to pack your luggage on the bed. If you are a big person, find another hotel. Good location though.

It was one of the best hotel I stayed at. Manager Sandy also promised to process by card refund as I had to repay with another debit card. Hoping it would be processed soon. Nonetheless, everything was perfect. From check-in to room ambiance to housekeeping. My 74 year old Mother enjoyed it the most. That is why I knew it is worth booking again.

The hotel was well positioned and the staff quite kind, but the fact that window can't be opened it was horrible, I think you should study a way to let fresh air into the room as it was for me very hard to sleep with sealed window.

Nice room, also have hot tub but you can hear the outside. Good, clean and helpful staff even they don't speak much English.
