Everything was absolutely perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was always clean and inviting. Great breakfast, restaurant was exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again!!

Major Construction work outside our window which included occasional dynamite blasts. We were not told this when we paid $40 extra at check in at 9:00 am after overnight flight. Bartender literally said he could not make me a Bloody Mary because it had too many ingredients and he would have to get them in the kitchen. Bar Menu had 5 drinks which ALL had lots of ingredients. I guess the I do not normally call a taxi for you to the cruise terminal or short trips but they sure do for the $154 taxi from the airport. Breakfast was excellent on the first day and what made it excellent the items were not there the second morning. We asked if we could go get breakfast on day one but she said no, just check us into a room close to dynamite blasts.

The hotel is very nice but if you are unfortunate enough to have a room on the road side you will hear cars all night long. It doesn’t matter if you close the window and wear ear plugs.. you will still hear the cars. Also the block out drapes don’t quite cover the window so you will need an eye mask.
