Perfect!

We just arrived and were impressed right from the start. Friendly personal with useful information. The best shower that I have ever used in the hotels. Delicious food at the restaurant. Overall very impressive.

We had great stay at this hotel. Service is good and breakfast the top notch. It is in a good location. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel doesnt look good on outside (ripped signage) but it great on inside. We stayed on 3rd floor with great views of lake. Room super clean and looked new. Bathroom very clean and new. Food was good. Breakfast was buffet style. Staff spoke english and were very friendly.

It just delivered above all expectations.

Aged rooms but very clean. Restaurant was excellent! Lobby is comfortable and we got very lucky to experience an incredible Northern Lights show! All staff was friendly and helpful! Pool table and darts were fun. Espresso machine accessible 24/7 helped us stay awake for the show and warmed us going in and outside all night.

Property has a ton of character with plenty of artwork and local style throughout. Not a sanitized cookie cutter room or resort. Views out the window were pseudo volcanoes we walked the next day. How amazing. On check-in staff asked if we wanted to be put on the Aurora wake up call list and we said yes. This was the best decision of our trip. After a failed aurora tour earlier in our trip, at midnight we got an hour long show of terrific quality, vibrance and color. Wow! No one else was around and our photos came out great, with the aurora sillouetted by volcanoes. Also, amazing pizza they held for us in the pizza oven (at their suggestion) when they knew we would be arriving late from an activity. These are the extra mile things that make memories. Thanks.

They had fun activities like darts and pool, and the beer they brew was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. Our room was so comfy and spacious. Great stay, we highly recommend it.

Good place to stay, good dinner options, can do buffet or a la carte. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good. Cafe next to it, some things are cheaper to buy here than the city

Great hotel on Lake Myvatn. Nice restaurant on site with fancy meals to pizza on the menu. Breakfast buffet (included) was extensive and fresh. Hot tubs were nice. Sauna was not turned on. Provided free robes for hot tub. Free coffee and hot beverages in lobby. I would stay again.

This was a quiet retreat for the night. Check in was great--rooms clean, dinner excellent Activities to do across the street and close to tourist sites.

This was such a cute stay during our trip! Very clean and the staff was pleasant, check in and out was very easy. Definitely had the best breakfast spread out of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. The view of the lake and craters from the window was amazing, and the horses next door and local doggos are very friendly. I’d stay here again!

Stayed for two nights unfortunately the northern lights did not appear number of different hiking options within 15 minutes away. Very large breakfast buffet was included.
