Good central location. Hotel is in decent condition with good hot water, strong internet,relatively quiet with very good room amenities like bottled water everyday and an in-room safe. Breakfast is good but not great and service is a little confusing - do you sit and get served or serve yourself.,

The breakfast time was said to be 6:30 onwards but it didn’t start till 7 and had to rush to another town so the details should have been accurate, the check in was also an issue had already said that 2 adults were check in and the hotel staff had issues with not the main person checking in first.

We were told to be given cake as complimentary and 20% off on food. Cake arrived too late almost when we were slept. Also they didn’t do 20% off on food on their own. Further the pics and facilities shown for the room does not match with the actual room

Everything about this hotel acceded our expectation except the room entry card annoyingly & repeatedly malfunctioned. Had to go down to the lobby numerous times to change.
Staff was excellent. We must make special mention of manager Christopher was kind, attentive & very helpful. He made us feel at home.

Stayed here for 6 days and I really loved it. Apart from courteous staffs and excellent service. I really fell in love with their food. With plenty of choices for breakfast we were almost daily too full to have lunch. Loved their Biryani and gravy chicken items on ala carte menu.
