Everything is good, except the air con in the public area really needs to improve. I felt it's so warm on the floor, in the 1F restaurant and in the 1F public toilet. I sweat in the toilet, too warm and my frige in the room didn't work even after mechanics come. But the air con in the room is ok.

I didn’t had good time at this property, not worth the amount paid. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, AC didn’t work, I woke up a few times during the night due to the heat. The bed was very uncomfortable, seemed like spring mattress. I have a back pain which got aggravated due to the bed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The food was great. Staff were wonderful. The view out the room was somewhat grim, but that is Delhi. Room was pretty quiet. Security was excellent and felt safe. In my rating for dirtiness, that was the area away but near the hotel. Again, that is Delhi.
I had some issues with plumbing and safe but help came very quickly and were very professional and caring.
