The hotel WiFi foes do not work in the rooms even if you select premium and pay for this.
WiFi is only available in the lobby and 1st floor - otherwise it is extremely poor.
Would not have booked this hotel if I knew this.

This is probably the least comfortable Hyatt I’ve ever used. The hotel room did not have that cleansed feel to it. There was always a kind of odour that was akin to wet rot. As for the restaurants, the options were very limited. The staff was really great and helpful and friendly. The property was really the disappointment.

I didn’t realise it was not close to any shopping areas and it was frustrating that so many functions are held each day. So each day you’re sharing space with guests attending functions. So limited access to gym, restaurants (you need to be at breakfast by 8am before it’s filled up).
During breakfast, proper cutlery such as knives are not given which is annoying and then wait for staff to get all cutlery. It should be all set on the tables.

I confirmed with them that I will be checking in late with them and they accepted the checkin time and when I reached there they told me that the hotel is booked out and can’t do anything about it. I had to flight with them at 1:30 at night and then they went and cleaned one of the rooms and got a room at 2 in the night
