July 2nd stay-Is a very convenient and good value layover hotel at the airport. We take their shuttle service which was quick. The guy who picked up was very helpful with the baggage. He came running to help with the heavy bags.
July 13th stay- the guy who picked me up at the airport was not at all helpful with the bags. I had to drag the heavy suitcases and get them to the car. After flying for nearly twenty hours (with emergency landing at Sharjah), it would have been nice to have a friendly helpful driver.

Except the air con I had no issues the hotel is next to world mart and there is lots of entertainment,Bars etc I would definitely recommend a visit to this city within Delhi, it felt so westernised but also close enough to the real India . Hotel was superb

They couldn't find my booking as they search by first name and I booked as Dave and my Passport says David. Eventually sorted. It makes sense I guess as all Sheikhs are Singh. Room was dirty. Hair and grime in shower and wash basin from previous guest. No hot water in shower despite running for ages.

Was ok for a night there but the hotel is over crowded, the check in counter was busy and took a lot of time to find my booking. The room was a bit of walk from lift. the lift is also very crowded and very small compared to the size of the hotel.
