Staff was very helpful; breakfast was rich and plentiful. I enjoyed my stay.

Top notch modern hotel with great

Stayed here 4 years ago and was beautiful then but since then you can tell the rapid age and overall quality of place has changed

Great place to stay.

Common areas a bit austere, but room well appointed, clean and modern. The neighborhood is not ideal. (Not the hotel's fault, but would not have been my choice Jaipur location.)There is nothing walkable, and garbage-strewn areas outweigh green spaces. Even the cows and wild dogs prefer other neighborhoods. Restaurants are a highlight. Buffets at Okra are beautiful and can please any palette. Service exceptionally kind and personabIe without obsequiousness.

The room was very dirty

Room is a bit old but well maintained Gym is well equipped Service is quick an efficient Food was good although refilling was kinda slow. They were very keen on making sure that we are pleased

This is a great 5 star hotel with a fantastic buffet dinner and breakfast. Rooms are super clean with a large window and adjustable aircon. Amazing staff who are impeccable in everything they do. Superb.

Room is clean, poor view

Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful especially vaibhav singh rathore went above and beyond to help us during our stay at Marriott jaipur

I was extremely disappointed with the services for the nye party and the way things were handled, having celebrated nye with atleast 5 Marriotts in the past, and never having an issue.

Room great conditions. Staff unprofessional and sluggish. Amenities average will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Only good and positive thing is location and that’s why they keep busy and don’t care about quality

A pleasant one night stay, the hotel very busy between Christmas and New Year but restaurant staff courteous and looked after us well Excellent evening buffet Convenient for the airport, will use again

This hotel is situated in a nice place. Has got a lot of amenities. Food is great, Asian cuisine and western cuisine. Staff are very friendly helpful and considerate. We loved this hotel among the many we stayed in this trip

We stayed here for one night before catching our flight home . The proximity to the airport was useful . Lovely hotel . The staff were very welcoming . We had arrived before check in time . We were offered coffee and cookies while our room was made ready . We were not charged extra 25 or 50% extra for early arrival ( out of our control as our flight from Jaisalmer arrived early ) This was in stark contrast to one of the Taj hotels we stayed in Jaipur a week ago where we were charged 25% extra for arriving early again due to early flight arrival . Our room at the Marriot was comfortable . Welcome complimentary treats of fruits and pastries arrived soon after we settled in . We were spoilt for choice at lunch time and dinner in their spacious all day restaurant . Huge selection of various cuisines in their buffet . All the staff were helpful and courteous and provided excellent service . Guest relations officer Unnati was particularly helpful and made our stay special and one of the hotel drivers who took me shopping ( sorry I can’t recall his name ) was brilliant . All in all a great experience staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to travellers .
