Ambience was good. Rooms were not clean. There were many spots on the furnitures, Bathroom was not clean, there were hair, toilet seats were not clean. Unless asked for Soap bars were not kept. Somehow did not feel worth the money. We almost decided to shift the hotel.

Their coffee machine had 2 cockroaches and when I showed it to the staff, they just waved their hand to shoo the cockroaches away. They were not even a tiny bit surprised or concerned.

We had a horrible stay at this hotel. The hygiene levels were really low in both their restaurant and the property. We spotted at least 5 cockroaches while having dinner at their a la carte restaurant & the buffet breakfast restaurant had a lot of flies. In the rooms, the sinks were getting clogged up & was taking forever for the water to drain out. The staff weren't even courteous to acknowledge and act up on our situation.
Overall, a really bad experience and won't be visiting again for sure.
