Comfortable room and the service is excellent. However, the lighting in the room is not enough and hope they can improve.

Wellness, ha, zum Lachen, das Bad und die Toiletten am Pool sind in einem desaströsen Zustand und gleichen einer Abstellkammer. Es gibt kein Duschgel, man fragt sich wieviel Keime es wohl im Pool-Wasser gibt. Eine von zwei Duschkabinen besitzt keine Tür mehr. Leider spürt man auch eine allgemeine Anspannung beim Personal, was für ein sehr unterkühltes Arbeitsklima spricht. Meine Fotos sind unzulässig oder überschreiten die Datengröße. Sprechen sie mich darauf an wenn sie die sehen wollen.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Novotel. I booked for just one night and was surprised to be charged an additional amount for what they labeled as “goodwill” items — specifically, 2 beers and a Toblerone chocolate. Not only was this unnecessary, but the charges were excessively high. In my experience, most 3-star hotels offer small tokens of goodwill, such as complimentary snacks, water bottles, or even chocolates, without any additional charges. Even at 5-star properties like The Park, Hilton, and other international chains, I have never been billed for such basic gestures. Instead, those hotels focus on creating a positive guest experience by making customers feel valued. This practice at Novotel felt awkward, misleading, and unprofessional. A goodwill item should never come with a hidden price tag, especially in a reputed hotel. Unfortunately, this left a very negative impression of the brand, and I would caution other travelers to be aware of such hidden charges. Hotels should understand that true goodwill comes from hospitality, not from inflating the bill. Sadly, this stay at Novotel failed to meet even basic expectations.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I stayed here during a weekday visit and was quite underwhelmed. The hotel clearly shows its age—everything from the furniture to the overall ambience feels outdated. While the staff was friendly and helpful, that’s about the only positive I can highlight. The beds were small and not very comfortable, and the bathroom was in poor condition with visible stains and a generally rundown feel. For the price they’re charging—which is at a five-star level—you’d expect much more in terms of comfort and quality. Honestly, it felt more like a 2.5-star experience. Wouldn’t recommend unless they renovate and reprice accordingly.

Overall it was okay. I wanted a non smoking room but unfortunately got the smoking room which was smelly.

The check in process was so terrible. Initially one gentlemen by name Adbul or Ahamed was there. After spending few minutes he said some one will takecare and left that place and moved to next counter. Then one Mr Lokesh came and he took nearly 10 minutes to give the room key. I asked him is there any issue in the booking and he said no. I told him that i am a silver member of Accor ALL and hardly any response from him. I stayed there only for couple of hours as i check in the Morning and then checked out. May be a proper training to them would help.

The staff were friendly,,, helpful and amazing.. Sonali was in particular extremely helpful with very pleasing manners.

Ihan hyvä hotelli, luultavasti Visagin paras. Hotellissa useimmat asiat toimivat toivotulla tavalla. Henkilökuntaa kiirehtii joka suuntaan niin paljon, että he jopa törmäilevät toisiinsa. Respassa hyvä palvelu, joskin välillä hidas. Uima-allas alueella ei käytännössä voi ottaa aurinkoa, vain neljä aurinkotuolia ilman patjoja. Kattoterassi on kiva, ravintola katolla on hyvä, juomat tosi kalliita, esim iso paikallinen olut on 12$.

nt foods need to be more sanitary. italian pasta was awful- chef needs a refresher course on basics of pasta!

Luxury and comfort at its best. Fantastic views of the ocean from the room, superb breakfast buffet and caring staff.

need major renovations, better cleaning (stinky hallways), breakfast area was not pleasant experience.

Honestly, it’s not the best. Definitely not worth 13k per night. The room’s condition was extremely modest. Reminded me one of those hopin-hop out commercial hotels. The bathroom is all stains and cracks on the walls etc. The bathroom curtain didn’t work and the switch was broken. The staff guy himself struggled to operate it. But the service is really good. A couple of them didn’t know the etiquette but they didn’t seem disrespectful. It’s just that they weren’t trained well.…otherwise very good. Food is FABULOUS. Whoever managing the kitchen, deserves a raise. Overall, it’s ok but unlikely to spend 13k per night for those rooms. Rather come by for lunch/breakfast.

Not worth of 5 star

Excellent hotel well located near the metro. No bar but the country club minutes walk away is good. Pool with 4 sun beds is a nice option.
