The location is excellent. All major companies and offices in Hitech city are within 15 minutes.
The staff were great and very helpful.
Excellent food with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The rooms are old and needs improvement, bathrooms are horrible with poor drainage. ACs make loud noises and was leaking. Needs to improve rooms, HVAC.

This was well managed when it was holiday inn. Now it is owned by the peerless group and it is a disaster. My room lock refused to open. I had to swipe in and out for 15 min each time before it opened. The toilet floods when having a bath and water flows into your room. I almost slipped and fell, not noticing the water accumulated in the bedroom. Food is just average. Walls and stairs are stained and smelly. Serious revamp needed.
