Not clean bathroom and our room, frige not working, when calling staff for they asked to call different number and they say will come and they never did. We didnt eat their breakfast as we knew the standard. When i asked the staff wanted t o see the manager they said ne was not there this happened few times. Staff were acting really strange. I mentioned on 1st day fridge not working they said its working i put my medicine and after 10 hours its gone bad as f r ide not working

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to speak with the manager Mr Mani directly when we needed extra help and he solved those problems immediately which we appreciate very much and our thanks to him for arranging the transportation for our Temple tour.
Easy access to shops and a mall. The hotel has 3 good restaurants serving delicious food- veg & non veg which was great.
Rooms were clean and bedding fresh.
The minus point....internet service was very disappointing.
All in all value for money and we are our friends enjoyed our stay.
