It was a pleasure staying at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The impeccable service provided by the staff, delicious dining experience, big and green garden space and extremely warm hospitality make this hotel stand out.
A huge shoutout to Mr. Sailesh Rai—his hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary. He was warm, attentive, and really committed to providing the best dining experience at Taj to his guests. His professionalism and genuine care for guests made all the difference and in making our stay truly unforgettable.
Gratitude to Mr. Ujjwal Rai at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and efficient. He assisted us with everything we needed, making check-in and our entire stay hassle-free. His professionalism and hospitality was commendable.

Housekeeping had done a poor job of cleaning the bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom and main room.
The rug in bedroom was worn out, giving it an old and dirty look.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a classy ambiance. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the following individuals who made our stay particularly memorable:

* Supervisors Mr. Arif & Mr. Samson: Their attentiveness and dedication were greatly appreciated.

This is a 2-star hotel IMO. Absolutely awful, just about everything sucked. Bathroom was utterly disgusting and room straight up stunk. This branch is an embarrassment for Taj Hotel name. How did this even qualify for Taj hotels. Not to mention, restaurant couldn’t even make a decent filter coffee for which they charged 370 rupees for one cup, who even gets filter coffee wrong esp in South India. Never staying here again.

This is a terrific property in the heart of the city walkable to main shopping in banjara hills. The service at this hotel at really really excellent. The lobby and dinning areas were amazing. Food was amazing and staff were very friendly and co-operative. But the rooms need a major upgrade. The room that we stayed in was very basic and had very old furniture.
