Excellent staff with great kindness from beginning to the end ! At reception Rajni was so professional and helped us plan our days and guided us through out. We could not see a single mood swings ! Wow 👌 Chef “Santos” prepared our dinner with excellent taste! He was very particular to ask if we wanted something else or we would like to have our half board differently prepared. He was genuinely open minded to satisfy us ! Sushma from Darjeeling working as waitress was just a wow ! She was sooo professional and at the same time very private with without crossing her profession! This girl will go very far in her career! The waiter (do not remember his name unfortunately but he was from Varanasi was sooo helpful and nice to us. His boy like cuteness made us fall for this guy. He totally went out of his way to help us out ! The only thing we were disappointed with was the water system was very poor and needs huge maintenance. We complained every day and they fixed it temporary but after a couple of hours same problems. Another we were not satisfied with is the poor WiFi why I couldn’t work as planned. Even the staff had issues with poor WiFi that much so they hardly were able to charge our credit cards without trying over and over again.

The Manager Mr Bharat was very professional and caring the breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very responsive . I left behind a pearl necklace which they mailed back to me it was of no intricate value but was a gift from family and this priceless which was recognized and I was accommodated. Near the airport and not far from shopping. Great value

Exceptional dining experience at The Fern Jodhpur! The food was delicious, showcasing local flavours, and the service was outstanding, special mention Ms Sushma & Mr Vishwas were great, Also to add Ms Rashmi at the front desk is a true ambassador of the property,
The property needs to work on its maintenance and cleanliness. The furniture and other fixture are poorly maintained . the bathrooms ,window panes, are dirty. The corners have cobwebs and dirt is showed under the bed, The management needs to work on the same to give their customers a better experience

The room was not very clean. I expected better from a hotel that claimed themselves as 4 star. Service was very poor, had to wait for an hour just for tea packet to the room.
There needs to be more attention to detail while cleaning the room and bathroom.
Not worth the price paid.

The property did not have sufficient parking, They did not have parking inside the hotel which would have been safe. When asked "is my car safe" they said yes we have cameras. What if you have cameras but my car got stolen how will the cameras actually stop my car from being stolen? The property overall was very okaish according to price that was paid. super slow service, bathroom shower door literally fell on me.

First of all this property is placed in a dirty location. The experience started at reception where no one available to take the luggage and the person who came to received lugguage asked me "Aap adha saman lelo baki main leta hue" in a rude way.
2. I paid extra money for an additional mattress. After calling 5 times & then fighting with reception, I got the extra mattress after 3 hrs almost at 10:30 PM.
3. I had charges for breakfast approx 2000/-. When I asked them to get my breakfast parcel i.e. 4 Sandwiches, they just handed over me 4 half pieces of sandwiches.
4. Only one small lift works, which increases wait time by minimum 5 mins.
5. Overall worst experience after paying a huge amount for a booking.

Das Hotel verdient keine 3 Sterne. Wir haben 2 Club Zimmer mit Zugang zur Club Lounge gebucht, diese sollte den Zugang zur Business Lounge ermöglichen, die es wohl noch nie gegeben hat und Zimmer mit Sicht auf das Fort, das wir auch nicht erhielten. Morgens gab es kein warmes Wasser und kein Druck, somit mussten wir den Tag schön erfrischt starten. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und für Europäer fast nichts kontinentales ausser Toast und undefinierbare Marmelade. Als Entschädigung für die überbezahlten Zimmer hat man uns ein Abendessen geboten, dass vom Chef persönlich zubereitet wurde (5 Gänge) vom Feinsten. Der Chef war bereits Koch auf der Princess Cruise Line und hat das Dinner mit sehr viel Liebe und Phantasie zubereitet. Ein riesen Lob darauf. Er hat damit etwas von der schlechten Hotel Qualität wett gemacht

The hotel was nice and clean, very comfortable bed and tea and coffee in the room. The only downside was the 6am dance music wake up call from the gym and building works. The pool needed a net over to stop it being used as a pigeon watering station.
The food was excellent and staff very helpful.
