it is old, not a 5 star property at all, swimming pool and toilets are dirty, they dont even have ice to serve

I very much wanted to love this place. It is obvious this used to be an elegant place in the past. Certainly all the people were great and as accommadating as could be. I appreciate that the property is undergoing extensive remoldeling. This is going to require millions of dollars. The first room I had in my December stay had a totally unclean, unsanitary, filthy nasty bathroom. They did move me to another room that was cleaner, but in need of maintenance. It seems that everything is old and being worked on in a piecemeal kind of way. Knowing from my October stay there the situation, I tried repeatedly to be in touch in advance of December to make sure of the accommodations I wanted. Trying to talk to someone there was nigh to impossible. Everyone was always “in a meeting” and will call back in about 10 minutes, which never happened. Pool was nice but in need of maintenance. The breakfast was very good each morning though some items were not fully cooked. One of the rooms we booked had roaches crawling around. The staff were super given what they had to work with. I wish them well in their endeavor to restore this place. But it will involve massive amounts of money. When I come next year, may give them a shot again to see if work really is progressing. Again, I really want to love this place. It has a definite charm about it.

Furniture was very outdated things were broken in the room table lamp were broken chair was broken even the washroom was no good Food and staff was very nice

Not upto the mark

This property has aged. Never been renovated. The hotel needs proper renovation and total revamp of air conditioning and it's reataurant. Rooms need to be re-designed with modern upper middle class and rich section of travellers in mind. Please note: the pictures here are not at all what you will get inside.

Property is accessible to many amenities, staff are irresponsible and don't have service orientation

This used to be a nice hotel many years ago. There’s no maintenance now. Looks like a run down hotel. Horrible experience.

nice place to stay, Restaurants, and transportation easy available, shopping is nearby. Recommended...

The property is old and there was mold in our room. The food was expensive for the value. And most of the extra facilities were not in service.

Bed mattress is hard No dental kit & shaving kit No brochure to explain the facilities available Worn out hangers etc

OK Stay. Used to be a fantastic place but due to lack of upkeep it is falling apart. Sad to see how a beautiful property is getting worn out.

Property doesnt looks same how it is showing very old infrastructure most unhygienic place . Food is worst - I got black shirt button in vada - I still kept photograph . We are on tight schedule , Govt team must inspect such property condition and food quality

Property doesn't look same as shown in picture it's really in worst condition . Food is not hygiene , I got shirt button in my vada complained raise to manager . Overall it's too risky to stay here . Property must be inspected .

Good Property but has very poor maintenance. The bathroom drain outlet was blocked and even after complaining they did not repair it. Ultimately next day shifted to another room. The gym is not functional.
