Very quiet property and very clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast spread was very good. I would recommend taking it as a package as it was only $3 extra at time of booking but you would have to pay Rs.600 at the property ($7.15) if you don’t have it prebooked

The property is very close to the US Consulate and Visa Application Center. For US visa related work, this property is a very good option as things are at
walking distance. For holidays and other one can get better option with good view around at same price tag.

When I book i thought of exploring oldest property in good condition. Except one duty manager Mr. sathya who was trying to acknowledge customer grievances, everything is worst. I really feel the money spent is waste and don't want to visit this property anymore..

Staff are excellent. Breakfast was good but would have been very good if they have variety. Air-conditioner was too cold in the room and when turned off all the walls and floors are moisturisering and water everywhere. They changed us to level one room which was perfect. Overall good experience and visit again.

Choice of hotel smell Tulsi aroma is a very poor choice - they should get rid of RAMA brand. This a good 2.5 star hotel
