It's an awesome experience that I have never had in India before.

First time at The property and was thoroughly pleased with everything. The spa services were also unforgettable.

Top notch ambience and staff- Prerna Lad, our Butler was outstanding in her attention to detail!

It was extremely beautiful stay I had recently at St. Regis in Mumbai. The service was excellent, food was tasty and everything I experienced at the property was the best. My favorite moments at the hotel was seeing smiling faces of all the staff and how pleasantly they interacted o personal level. I can't forget the way my request to taste the dessert "Malpua with Rabdi" was fulfilled by the staff. It was after years that I tasted this dessert which was tasty and had personal touch! Thank you St. Regis!!! You are the best! I am going to be the permanent guest of you whenever I visit Mumbai, India !!!

My new favorite hotel in So. Mumbai (beating out The Oberoi and Taj)! Beautiful, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location allowed me to get around the city. It is also connected to a great mall with fantastic shopping, dining, and a terrific movie theatre. Amazing pool and gym. But the BEST feature? The breakfast. The very best breakfast buffet I’ve had in any hotel in Bombay and maybe any hotel in all of India. I hesitated to write this review because I was tempted to “gate-keep” this hotel lest it become too popular or the prices go up! But I couldn’t resist sharing— this hotel is a dream come true!

The St. Regis Mumbai truly exceeded my expectations! From the luxurious rooms to the exceptional service, every detail was impeccable. The staff were warm and attentive, making our stay unforgettable. A special mention to Prerna Kaushal, Guest Relations Executive at the hotel for her personal welcome and for her impressive communication during our entire stay. I reallly loved my stay at this property. Everything was so elegant and fancy and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the staff very friendly and professional. I really wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return for a longer stay next round.

Worst experience ever staying in a hotel. Had to change 3 rooms when I checked in before finally getting my room. And then was denied a voucher which was offered while booking the room. The food that we had kept in the room was thrown while the room was cleaned.Never ever staying in this property for sure. Terrible experience

Fantastic hotel located next to a premium mall. Did not have to leave compound. As in most of Mumbai there are depressed areas right outside the property so it can be a bit of turnoff to go for walk in surrounding area.

We had such a lovely stay here in Mumbai. It was a Holiday when we arrived and we were able to participate in the festivities. The staff were all wonderful and so were the amenities. We will be back to stay anytime we are in Mumbai.
