It’s a good hotel which closed to a biggest mall in Chennai. However, the hotel staff black faced to me when I rejected him to help bringing my luggage to my room, that’s really bad impression to me. Besides, the mattress is so soft which I don’t like much!

Water glass in the room was not clean properly. The staffs are very friendly.

Service is also the very best. whether it be at checkin or at the restaurant.

I have booked a couple of groups here and have paid for breakfast ahead of time. The Westin says I haven't paid for breakfast and makes my guest pay again. They say it is hotels.com not booking with them correctly but either way they should make it right when I show them the booking that is already paid says breakfast included.

Husband is gluten intolerant the chef (Darwen?) went out of his way to help my husband choose his food and even cooked him rice especially and offered to cook him a curry as well. His service was incredible!

The hotel was very nice and easy to reach from the airport. The only problem was that the room smelled of dampness so much that it gave me a headache and I had to leave the room because I wasn't feeling well. I asked for a dehumidifier and they sent an air purifier which made it a little better. I was able to stay in the room but be sure to ask for a room that does not have a dampness issue.

チェックインの時、予約した部屋ではなかった。 部屋の掃除をお願いしたが、されていなかった。 エアコンの操作がやりにくい。 ドライヤーのコンセントが短いので、すぐにプラグから外れて使いにくかった。 机の電気のコンセントが差しにくい。 レストランのスタッフに英語が通じない。 １Fのバーのスタッフは、ワインのメニューを把握していない。 レセプションでBONVoyポイントの手続きをしようとしたところ３０分位かかった。またそれが間違っていた。 食事代と酒代を一つにまとめて請求してほしいと言っても無理やり別々に請求してきた。 他の都市でもWestin hotelには何度も泊まっているが、ここが一番レベルが低い。Westin Hotelではない。

The staffs at the Reception, breakfast restaurant, and the Phoenix Mall shuttle service were friendly. However, the stay was completely destroyed during my stay on 19th and 20th July (till afternoon) because of dirty water coming in the taps for about 3 hours because of some problems (19th July). The following morning I realized leakage in the toilet shower tap that made the floor full of water and risky to step on. The hotel could not do much and were trying to arrange for repair. However, we had to get ready to go to the airport and we were really worried about other things including packing. I have taken photos of the bathroom to avoid any dispute later. The only consolation we had was the free drop-off at the airport, but this inconvenience on the last days of our stay puts us off to recommend or stay in Westin any more. It is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but we were feeling let down because of the high price we paid for our stay. In comparison, our one-night stay at Ramada by Wyndham during 16-17 July was very good and this hotel is 10 times better than Westin. Unlike Courtyard by Marriott at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, where we get nice fragrance of flowers in the living space, we used to get the smell of fish-frying from the open kitchen in the open areas of Westin (another Marriott chain hotel). We discussed this issue with the Chef also, who was kindly meeting people to get their opinions. The road outside the hotel is a disaster and always noisy.

All comfortable stay, helpful staff, good food options

場所柄仕方ないのかもしれないですが、朝食会場にハエがいたのが気になりました
