The hotel truly shines in its commitment to cleanliness. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, sparkling with a level of tidiness that immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
However, what truly set the Trident apart was their incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel not just welcome, but genuinely special. They anticipated needs, were always friendly, and handled every interaction with grace and efficiency. The most memorable gesture was on my last day: they surprised me with a delicious cake and personally came to bid me farewell. This heartfelt gesture was incredibly touching and truly exemplified their dedication to making guests feel valued. It's a small detail that made a huge impact and showed just how much they care.
And let's talk about the breakfast! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The spread was vast, offering an incredible variety of options to suit every palate. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious, from the fresh fruits to the savory dishes. It was the perfect start to each day. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was great. Experienced staff, very professional. Everything we needed was accomodated including early check in and late check out. Spa was also amazing. Facilities well maintained.

This is our second stay in 3yrs. Rhey have renovated since we came and the changes are all good.We come on business and are here for about a week to 10days and get a suite. Worth the extra dollars as there is an exclusive lounge that you can have breakfast in and a cocktail in the evning before dinner.
Highly recommend. I also think their car service at the hotel, although on the pricey side, worth the money.
All staff are Great! Efficient, courteous and genuinely seem to care.

Rooms had a peculiar smell like wet cloths hanging in the room. Had to spray some perfume.
Coffe downstairs is good but warming up muffins and all was not a decent option. Ended up having cold muffins.

This is a very nice hotel on the Mumbai waterfront. I got a room on the 30th floor that had a wonderful outlook of the ocean and coast. Lovely. Calming. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed with nice touches like live plants (which seem very rare in hotel rooms). Although I did not get time to use it, the pool area is magnificent. The waterfront walkway is exceptionally popular with locals and there was a cricket match at the nearby stadium which amplified the intensity around the area. So, it is a bit of a destination for locals but there are not a lot of foods services. The closest seem to be on Veer Nariman Road which is about a 20 minute walk. I liked the Mockingbird cafe if you are looking for a beer and light meal but there are other options. Overall, the Trident is a really nice hotel and I would happily stay there again.

Great property, great location, amazing staff, though I had issues with some aspects of the room (key door didn't work one evening to the entire door lock had to be changed, there was a dirty table in my room, and the fire alarm was flashing one evening very late. Also at early check out very little food to take that was available in the early morning breakfast cart - it was poorly managed - and no coffee cups!).

Everything was clean and the decor elegant.
We were visited by a cockroach. Reported to reception. An army of cleaners descended into the room.
I asked to change room, and was upgraded to an ocean view room.
The cockroach was handle promptly. No complaints.

Loved the location of the property. Sits right on the waterfront overlooking the Bay. Walking along the waterfront and enjoyed the sunset, people watched digging for large clams and was convenient enough to walk to restaurants. Transportation via U er or taxis were available as well. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mumbai.
