Good clean property with good
Ambience. Friendly staff. Overall good experience. One this was that dinner buffet at the restaurant was not so good! Did not relish it at all. Most of the items were cold. Other than that no complaints. Thanks

A great 5 star hotel in Vadodara fantastic housekeeping, reception and management staff in particular Ms Seema who went out of her way to assist us which made us extend our stay for further 5 nights.
Would definitely stay again in this hotel on our future visits to Vadodara

The breakfast was mediocre really bad for such a hotel
The rooms were short for four people 2twin beds can’t sleep for people
Visiting facility ahead of time, asking for King and extra bed ended up with the bedroom dusting not done. Second room was also the same.

When we arrived we were greeted by the guard and he/she was very nice. Then when we went to check in we felt that they were very unfair as they were willing to service the white foreigners more than us as one of the lady when rushing over to him and my husband was totally ignored - you should greet everyone equally

Clean, well decorated property. Very disappointed that no elevator for 3 story bldg. Plenty of surrounding area to add an elevator. Very difficult for elderly and those with disabilities or joint problems to go up and down 3 flight of stairs 2-3 times per day.

Hotel staff are very helpful. Ate 4 meals at the coffee shop ( two buffet breakfasts and two Als carte meals ). Great food .
