Good clean property with good
Ambience. Friendly staff. Overall good experience. One this was that dinner buffet at the restaurant was not so good! Did not relish it at all. Most of the items were cold. Other than that no complaints. Thanks

We rented 3 rooms (141, 143 and 145) for 2 nights. The rooms were worn down, toilet seats were coming off, water kept clogging in the showers and we saw a mouse in room 143. We alerted the room service staff but they didn’t fret when we complained. We traveled from the US and felt that the brand we stayed at would provide us with some level of comfort and cleanliness but that was not the case unfortunately. Would not stay here again.

I paid for the same property booking two months in advance for two days $730. When I Booked this property one day in advance and paid $153. I paid double the price booking in advance. I am not happy about it. There are other hotels in the area are about $150 per day five star like Marriott, Hyattand Fairfield.

The rooms were short for four people 2twin beds can’t sleep for people
Visiting facility ahead of time, asking for King and extra bed ended up with the bedroom dusting not done. Second room was also the same.
Really disappointed with this facility

When we arrived we were greeted by the guard and he/she was very nice. Then when we went to check in we felt that they were very unfair as they were willing to service the white foreigners more than us as one of the lady when rushing over to him and my husband was totally ignored - you should greet everyone equally
