Room facilities as stated in the application. The rooms are spacious, clean, the maids are friendly. There are play facilities for children so it is very suitable for visitors who come with children ☺️

Chekin service was slow because the lobby staff didn't know the name I had ordered through traveloka. Actually the appearance of the room is quite good and has a natural fragrance of wood, but there is a spider web hovering. For the toilet shower, you should have to replace it. Hot water comes out unstable (very hot and then subsides and is very hot again) can not be warm finally use cold water. Complete toiletries are only towels, brushes, crusty glasses, bar soap. There is no hot water kettle even though coffee tea is available. I asked him the night I had breakfast, but when I went to the restaurant, there was only bread filled with no bread. Sugar tea coffee and water dispenser. Because the child has not had breakfast, I decided to check out as well as look for breakfast outside, until the lobby then explained breakfast must first report (ask the officer) the reason for catering.

The rooms are quite spacious, cleanliness is adequate, breakfast is ok, employees are very friendly. How come siiip dech. But unfortunately, when I used the order through the Travel Agent, it was still questionable even though it was ok. Thank you Traveloka and thank you Familia Residence.

Comfortable, clean and quiet place. The service is good and there is a playground for children. What needs to be added, a water heater. Even though the thermos was given it, the water was still not hot enough. The rest is okay

Okay location near the highway, air conditioning is less cold. Service is okay even though the thermos is late. It might be a little extra if the room can be cleaned properly because there is still a little dirt in the corners. thanks.
