This hotel is located on the edge of a big road making it easier for us to look for it. Good service from reception to security, spacious parking fun. Around the hotel there are also culinary and shopping places that are adequate in addition to the view of the mountainous area, making it comfortable and calm. The hotel staff were extremely unfriendly. At 11:30 PM, they knocked on the door twice, claiming they wanted to spray perfume, which was illogical. The second reason was an administrative issue, claiming the app had reset its data. The service was very disappointing.

Room 512 - 515 1. The bed had a lot of hair and sand (video). 2. Smoking room (no ashtray) and a lot of cigarette dust scattered beside the mattress. 3. Spider webs on the ceiling. 4. The AC was not cold enough (FU - team). 5. The bathroom was completely dirty with moldy (need to de-touch or RENOVATION). 6. Ordered a prayer mat and sarong, it took 1 hour to be delivered, and that was after we called the second time. That's real we have in my own rooms but we try to take it not really seriously and enjoy staying with in this hotel. Thank you.
