I stayed at Agung Hotel. Delicious service, friendly, helpful in any way, the place is clean and rich living in 7-star hotel rooms even the main area is the best. Later, I will come to Batam again, I want to spend the night there, what else is close to supermarkets looking for food too close, the main thing is recommending everyone to come to the main hotel, grand. The best is really, thank you for serving me well 😊😊😊😊

I booked through the application. But after I arrived and wanted to check-in. The receptionist said she did not know I was booking. And I waited a long time to get a room.

The staff are friendly, but unfortunately the rooms have a lot of fleas. Add to that the smell of cigarettes even though I am not a smoker and no one smoked at that time.
