If you’re traveling with young children, please be aware that this hotel poses serious safety risks, particularly around the swimming pool. While the property is beautiful and the staff are friendly and polite, our stay nearly ended in tragedy due to a lack of safety measures and proper pool maintenance. The main pool is poorly maintained, with broken tiles and sharp edges in multiple areas (see photos). I cut my foot on one of these edges, requiring medical attention from the hotel doctor. While I was being treated, my 2-year-old son fell into the pool and nearly drowned. Thankfully, an alert guest rescued him—no staff intervened. It turns out, according to the Duty Manager, that the hotel's official policy is that there are no lifeguards on duty and that hotel guests swim at their own risk. Apparently, there are signs to that effect scattered around the property. I saw no such signs on the property and if they exist, are not clearly visible. Nor is this No Lifeguards policy stated on the hotel's website. Had the pool been properly maintained, I wouldn’t have been injured and could’ve supervised my children. The absence of lifeguards at a supposedly family-friendly resort is a major problem. We won’t be returning. The hotel’s failure to ensure basic child safety overshadows its beauty and service. Until they install lifeguards and repair the pool, I cannot recommend Andaz Bali to families.

There is enough space on the property to build its own gym. Also the main pool is quite small/boring. Everything else is great.

Probably buffet breakfasts much better than ala carte, people tend to think slow to read the menu compare to just get the meal from the buffet table

全てが素晴らしい

객실도 깨끗하고, 식당도 인도네시아 요리, 중동, 이탈리안, 해산물 레스토랑, 심지어 고기굽는 한식까지 있어서 밖에 안나가도 충분했다. 조식은 알라까르테로 주문하는 방식인데 성의없는 음식들을 접시에 담아대는거 보다 먹고싶은 음식만 맛있고 예쁘게 담아주는레 훨씬 좋았다. 바로 옆 리젠시 호텔도 하얏트계열이라 spa와 gym을 리젠시 호텔건물을 같이 사용하고 있어서 조금 멀다. 앞에 바다가 바로 이어져있는데, 프라이빗 비치는 아니지만 이용하는 사람이 별로 없어서 프라이빗이나 마찬가지고, 해변따라 보도블럭으로 길이 잘 만들어져 있어거 해변따라 자전거를 호텔에서 빌려서 탈수도 있고, 조깅도 할 수 있는 매우 좋다. 동쪽이라 일출이 기가막히고 선셋은 없지만 실시간 수평선위로 달이뜨는 어마어마한 광경을 볼 수 있다. 직원들은 프론트 데스크는 제일 친절하고, 식당은 반반이었다. 객실정리해주시는 분들은 대체로 살갑지는 않은데, 일부러 안친절하려는 건 아니고, 영어가 잘 안되서 아마 소통의 어려움에 눈을 피하시는것 같다. 다 너무 좋았는데, 마지막날 저녁식사를 wokwok에서 했는데 메인디쉬 받고나서 콜라를 주문했는데 아무도 갖다주지 않아서, 계속 요청하니 4명이 콜라주문을 들었음에도 갖다주지 않았다. 결국 다시 붙잡고 얘기하니 갖다주셨다. 마지막날 디너의 에피소드 빼고는 너무나도 다들 친절하고, 체크아웃 프론트 직원분까지 완벽했다. 다음에 발리를 온다면 이곳에 올것이다.

前回のバリ滞在でレストランを利用してよかったので、宿泊した。 サービス面で改善の余地があると思う。スタッフは愛想はいいが、オペレーションのスムーズさに欠ける。チェックイン後、部屋で待っていても到着時に預けておいた荷物が運ばれて来ない。フロントに連絡後、やっと届けてもらえた。レストランで最初に注文した飲み物はすぐに来るが、その後食べ物の注文を取りに来ない。朝食はアラカルトなのでオペレーションが大変かと思うが、普通のブラックコーヒーのおかわりを頼んでもかなり待たされる。 バリで同クラスの他のホテルに何度も泊まったが、サービスレベルはここをはるかに上回る。 また、デラックスルームに泊まったが、共用エリアから部屋に行くまでレストランの巨大な室外機の脇を通る必要があり、毎回暑くて不快だった。これは今更改善できることではないが、宿泊客の動線としていかがなものか。 設備は綺麗で整っており、食事はすべて美味しかったが、スタッフ同士の連携が強化され、サービスのオペレーションが改善されない限り、また泊まることはないと思う。

Hôtel de grande classe. Jardins magnifiques, grandes piscines. Petit déjeuner à la carte de grande tenue. Service souriant, aimable et efficace. Le restaurant de fruits de mer sur la plage est très bon. Séjour enchanteur

Resort is phenomenal. Staff is everywhere and extremely attentive.
