3 Stars Hotels in Heram, Jayapura City

This hotel has a good location, but the service is not really good. I got some plastics shampoo rubbish in the bathroom. The bed sheet smelt bad. They didn't change it.:(, I think they didn't change pillow cases too, because there were some spots. But overall, the location is good. The security guards are very kind. Thanks.

Only 1 towel, 1 bath soap, empty tissue even though there is a place for it, hopefully it can be repaired.

The employees are friendly and fast. Just a bit disappointed when I just checked in 😌. The AC was leaking so the water drained in the room. Only the next day it was replaced with a new room, only a bit smaller than what I ordered and the lights were off on the first day, on the second day the lights were off about 5x, I was a bit disappointed but I waited until the 3rd day the lights were still off, I complained. But it turns out the lights don't turn off anymore. But yes, so far I'm still comfortable, so it's not a problem. So I gave it 4 stars, if I stay again tomorrow it's even better I will give it 5 stars. Overall good 👍.
