Clean and convenient location.

Everything was good except for the construction noise and there was no lobby at the moment. The security and housekeepers are friendly, but not so for the receptionist. The head-shower 's handle is broken too.

Room ac set can't lower than we wanted which is quite hot & too few buffet breakfast choices compare to room price which more expensive 🙏.

Very good, spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Love to stay here.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

Everytime book the room, the bathroom was so clean. Cleanliness is a must!

The location of the hotel is in a strategic place, really in the heart of the city, close to everywhere. However, because there is construction of a building next to the hotel, the atmosphere around is chaotic, dirty and dusty, the lift to the hotel is turned off. To get to the hotel on the 3rd floor and rooms on the 4th floor you have to walk up the stairs. The stairs to the first floor are made of iron, narrow and steep. It 's difficult to get through if you're carrying a suitcase, especially a large one. Elderly people and people with special needs are not suitable to stay there.
