Good service! When I enter my Room, the Air Conditioning was broken with air dripping, then the Receptionist give me new upgraded Room. When enter new Upgraded Room, there is problem with the Door locked so I cannot enter. Later on after the problem solved, they offer Me something to compensate the inconvenience. So I request their service for sending Me to AirPort and they give Me free transfer to AirPort. Thank you for being thoughtful.
