Nice hotel building, quite big, strategic location, nice and clean room, in general I'm satisfy and no complaint. The staffs were so kind and helpful.

Sedang dlm proses renovasi (ganti wall paper), tp tdk bau cat/tdk berisik. Ruangan beraih dan luas. Toilet bersih. Shower mantap. Ac mantap. Mgkn TV perlu channel cabel. Agar bs lebih mantap lagi.

In general, below average hotel. Not at same par with best hotels in Pekanbaru such as Novotel or Premiere. Bad/no reception on TV, bath towels like sandpaper, toilet smelled of sewage, food (hamburger) was poorly prepared and under cooked, bread was stale, no ketchup available. The best things: staff were friendly, and they ensured morning taxi was available at time requested, hotel is convenient distance from Starbucks and Airport via taxi, gado-gado salad was good (no Caesar salad available).
