The staff was good, the rooms also, but still too much noise front outside the room, especially when other guests walk by and talk, and more thing they provide drinks amenities but there 's no electric kettle how supposed we brew it.

This is the 4th times for me and family stayed in Hotel Putri Sari. The hotel services are nice. VVIP rooms are clean and cozy. Family friendly. Highly recommended.

First came here, the receptionist told that because we booked from online with cheaper price we get room in the first floor and the room was old and dark, so we upgrade with additional cost to third floor but the air conditioner was broken and floor was dirty so we ask to moved to other room. after all its just okay services.
