Best Hotels in Riau Street, Bandung

Room was great. Kids love it. The arrangement from gro hotel was nice. As per request for my daughter 's birthday. Only food from breakfast was bad. The rest was fine. Need to improve the food quality and varieties.

Breakfast is good … hotel staff is wonderful … but the hotel needs further renovation especially in the communal space including the swimming pool.

At first, the hotel seems luxurious and cozy. My room is also good and comfortable. But when I inspected the couch, it was all dusty! They didn't even bother to clean the couch. When I checked the bathroom, I also found hair on the toilet. It was as if the hotel staff were in a rush to clean my room, that they just didn't clean it properly. The room interior and wardrobe are old and worn out. But overall, my experience there is good and I have a pleasant time there.

I booked the room for my colleagues, and they feel satisfied with the breakfast and location. It ' s easy accessibility and surrounded by many fancy cafes and restaurants. Hope we can visit again anytime soon!

Not well maintained, dirty, when I stayed in the bathroom the soap and shampoo ran out and were not refilled.

Strategic locations, good restaurant and very kind staffs.

Can't complain anything for this price point, 24h front desk, very polite service.
