4 Stars Hotels in Senayan, South Jakarta

The hotel is ready old, seriously need renovation. No hot water, Only warm water for shower even the maintenance guy came and fixed it. The hotel room is smell old room. Carpet, furniture, bathroom is old. TV doesn't work properly.

We ask for connecting room and they put us on old rooms (Room 1019 & 1021) that completely different from the photo they been posting. We can't sleep cause the noise of stepping foot from the room above us. The rooms was completely not worth it for that price.

While the promotional price was generous, the condition of the room/bathroom was poor. No hot water. The location is a short taxi ride away to shops, however the actual building is difficult to find. The location is also close to a nightclub which was very noisy/loud music until 3 am.

Stayed during eid. Excellent service from hotel staff. They also set up children activities. Unfortunately, because it was a bit crowded, checking in and out took longer than usual. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with excellent facilities as always.

Booking 1 night for me and my family (my brothers, my mom and 2 children). Arrived at 11 pm. Got the connecting room. The toilet was so smelly strong urine odor. I asked to be cleaned, they kindly helped to clean but still it has the smell and it was midnite already. We decide not to use that toilet and use the other 's room. And around 8 in the morning the loud buzzing sound woke us up. Few time loud buzzing sound. Really dissapointment for a 5 stars hotel.

Makanan kurang bervariasi, mungkin karena pas sahur ya.
