I've got room looks like not cleaning yet, so many dust on the floor, also I got not a clean towel. And finally request to front office to change fresh towel. Hopefully can improve for the future.

The staff is great, the bedroom and bathroom are great, the breakfast is great, the position is great. Perfect hotel.

11-13 April 2024 room 505 and 509. Overall it 's good. What needs to be improved: 1. There are not many food choices. 2. Slow feeding stocking filler. 3. Room 509 AC is not cold enough. 4. The elevator and corridors are hot, there is no AC.

Hotel ini lumayan bersih, ac dingin, kamar mandi basic namun bersih. Size kamar lumayan, ada teras dengan meja dan kursi untuk santai. Hotel lumayan ramai mungkin karena harga ekonomis namun dengan fasilitas yang lumayan. Saya suka suka saja dengan harga yang diberikan dan tidak ada complaint.

Book two rooms can no. 16 and 18, the bathroom water is cloudy and rather salty, for room no. 16 the smell of cigarettes, even though we have no one smoking. For friendly service, get fried rice breakfast, fast check-in.
