The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I'm sensitive to humidity and the room smelled musty (it turned out that when I checked, the wood in the bathroom was brittle and being eaten by termites). I called the receptionist, and they tried to find a solution, even putting a dehumidifier in my room. They also called me several times to make sure I was comfortable and okay. The service was good, and the location was strategic, just a few meters from the beach and a great place to enjoy the sunrise. The only thing that made the room uncomfortable was the humidity and musty smell.

This hotel was pretty good except the rooms are not sound proof and we had loud guests above us and there was music until around 11pm. The breakfast was ok. But other than that the rooms are super nice and comfortable. We probably wouldn’t stay again though because of the sound proofing.
