The engineering team has taken several actions regarding this issue, including routine maintenance in each room. The high levels of limescale caused blockages in the pipes. I've stayed in Aston before, but this is the first time the reception asked me to fill in my own form during Check-in - making the check-in process more efficient from my pov. I also get a free upgrade to the Ocean View although I didn't make that request while booking my room in Traveloka. It's a nice and kind gesture from the receptionist - just look at the morning view from my room, epic!
