Everything was OK, only in room dining was not so good, ordered steak spent around 400k, but the steak quality was not as I expected, chewy.

Pengalaman yg menyenangkan, saya menginap 3 hari 2 malam dengan kamar family, request dekat lift karena membawa anak. Kamar bersih pelayannya cepat dan ramah, sempat hp saya tertinggal di toilet lobby karena lupa dan ada pengunjung lain yg mengembalikan di titip di Receptionis, Alhamdulillah masih milik saya. Pokoknya Kuala Lumpur kebandung bakalan nginep disini lg deh. Sarapannya di enak yg paling suka stand sandwich nya anakku makan smp nambah, walau ramai saat sarapan tp semua pelayan bener2 sigap melayani, good job π

Super satisfied dengan hotel nya, bintang 4 harga affordable bahkan worth it banget Kamar nya luas, nyaman, dingin bikin pengen di kamar terus hihi. Air panas di bathroom pun always on dan selalu deras airnya you love sekale β‘ β‘ yg paling happy itu pas breakfast karna variannya banyak banget, rasanya enak enak semua, ada gulali, yoghurt, ice cream terus ada banyak stall2 nya pokoknya belom sempet cobain semua dah kenyang π. Fasilitas hotel nya pun top bgt karna ada pool, jacuzzi dan sauna uu bikin makin betah di hotel itu mahh apalagi malemnya ada nobar bola di restaurant jd ga perlu keluar2 hotel lagii haha ohya mau super thanks to Pak Triswandani dan Mas Ricardo yang sudah sangat helpful sekali bantu cari cincin nikah suami saya yg tenggalam di dalam kolam π€£ Makasih banget juga utk Mas Reyhan yg taking order kita pas di restaurant ramah dan sangat fun sekali orangnya. Disini staff nya semua ramah, seneng banget next ke Bandung mau stay disini ajaa hihi. Ohya cuma 1 sih kurangnya hehe, kamar nya kurang kedap suara π not a big deal sih as long as ga ada tamu party aja di kamar π€£. Thanks Aston Pasteur dah bikin aku dan suami betah π«Άπ».

Seluruh Pelayanan Staff hingga Security sangat Ramah dan Baik semua. Good Location juga. Overall cukup Puas stay di Aston. Hanya saja, perlu ditingkatkan Amenities di dalam Kamar mandi, dimana Hand Towel harus request dulu baru dikasih, padahal sudah ada pegangan Hand Towel di wastafel nya. Untuk Shampoo dan Sabun mandi, masing-masing hanya dikasih 1 Botol sangat kecil sekali. Minimal dikasih 2 atau 3 Botol lah untuk masing-masing Shampoo dan Sabun. Untuk Furniture terlihat sudah OutDated dan perlu di refinish ulang karena bisa terlihat aksen-aksen kayu udah ada beberapa yang gompal kayu nya termasuk pintu kamar itu sendiri.

Every time my family and I visit Bandung and stay over, we always choose Aston Pasteur because of its strategic location near the toll gate, comfortable and spacious rooms, a breakfast with an incredibly diverse and delicious menu selection. The staff 's friendliness is exceptional from check-in to check-out. For this visit, we were fortunate to be upgraded to a family suite room. Thank you Aston Pasteur. This visit was also quite memorable, as we were awakened by an earthquake in the Garut area in the middle of the night. Overall, staying at Aston Pasteur was very satisfying. Keep up the good work!
