The location is strategic, not far from the Pasteur toll exit. Upon check-in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a family room... What a nice surprise. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and all the other room amenities were fine. The staff was also friendly. Overall, it was okay. Recommended to stay again next time I'm in Bandung.

It was good and smooth check in, since we check in late with my big family, unfortunately the door were they gave is lock/stuck(couldnt open) and told them to open it 2times till they came up and fix it, the wifi is low and the noise from outside are really disturbing us to get rest, but the others was fine and the bell man n security lady gave us more help, thankyou

The Front Office Staff was offering an upgrade room from Family to Family Suite. And also free mini bar & early check in . The room was big but the Air Con not enough cold for the room . The bathroom floor is slippery. Dangerous for kids and elderly.

First time to Bandung stayed at Aston Pasteur, the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm to check in for 2 rooms, the Family room was not ready yet.. for the facilities and food, it was very good, there were many choices of breakfast menus, for the hotel parking, it was very lacking for a 4-star hotel, after going out for dinner, the parking lot was full, I was directed to the back parking lot, but no one was guarding it, when I complained, I was only allowed to park in the hotel basement.. it seems like there is a lack of coordination between the staff when it is already night.. it's a shame that a 4-star hotel has no guard for the additional parking area behind the hotel..

the Good: the staff were very friendly and accommodating and quick, the room was spacious and comfortable, it had a wide variety of food in its restaurant (excellent eggs). the Bad: the bathroom has a big blurred window connecting to the bedroom and whilst we can't see each other when i turn the lights in the bathroom on i blasted the bedroom with light, the food though has a wide variety varies in quality (don't eat the baked beans it was the worst beans i had ever had) there was only 2 small elevators for the guests making waiting for them take longer than necessary, also i don't know if the hotel could do anything about this but at 4-5 am in the morning i kept hearing a sort of parade outside the window of my room Overall: great place to stay for a few nights on business but wouldn't recommend going on holiday here.

I got room 722. The room key wouldn't work. I went back and forth to the front desk three times, but only managed to register. Finally, I called a technician. They didn't arrive until 10 PM.
