During the Isra Miraj holiday, we were forced to take a smoking room because we couldn't get a non-smoking room. Amazingly, the room didn't smell of cigarettes at all and smelled great. Kudos to the room maintenance team. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with Dove soap. The most impressive thing was the breakfast, with plenty of choices, all delicious, and no one was disappointed. And it's great that they have gluten-free bread, and it tastes delicious too. Kudos again to the Holiday Inn team. We were satisfied with our stay here and if we plan to go back to Bandung, we will stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn.

The staff was very friendly, we got very enjoyable service, the drinking water was free-of-charge too and can get as much as we can. The room was very clean and wide. The hotel also provides sahoor buffet and it was only 98.000 IDR/pax, very affordable for a luxury hotel like Holiday Inn.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly, they gave great dining recommendations, and the location was very close to the city center. I recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung. The room was very large, a little noisy from other rooms, but not too loud. Everything was great. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly, they gave great dining recommendations, and the location is very close to the city center. I recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung. The room was very large, a little noisy from other rooms, but not too loud. Everything was great. When we were sick, asking the receptionist for help wasn't very helpful. Luckily, we were staying with my husband. If we were staying alone and getting sick, I can't imagine... The shower wasn't powerful enough, and the bathroom was also cramped, especially when the door was open, as it was just barely above the toilet seat. The food was standard. The room was clean and quite spacious. Parking was plentiful and spacious.
