3. Balatoa Bungalow does not provide extra bed.
4. Maximum room capacity is only for 2 (two) persons and additional charge IDR 500,000 net/person/night will be charged to the guest if the room is occupied more than the standard capacity and above 8 years old, based on Balatoa regulation.
5. Children under 8 years old is free stay with the parents and only the breakfast will be charged 50% off.
6. Only the guest who stays at the Bungalow can use and enjoy the Hotel facilities. The additional charge applied if found other person which is not registered or visitor use the facilities, such as showers or defecates.
7. Office will be closed at 10:00 pm and the limit time for visitor to meet the member who stays at Balatoa until 09:00 pm and the meeting point is at office.
8. All the room are NON SMOKING and the penalty applied by charging 1 (one) night room charge to cover the room sterilization from the smoke.
9. Especially for the new year, additional cost for people over 8 years old will be charged IDR 850.000 net / person / night
Airport transfer is available for IDR 1,500,000/person.
