我們住的是1 張特大雙人床的海景別墅，有一個小型靜池。
這家BANYAN TREE BINTAN其實因為已有多年歷史，但其設施硬件仍保存得算很不錯，而房間清潔方面亦可以接受。
但有兩個缺點，衣帽間...放行李位置有很多螞蟻，這個我雖可了解因為這裡是郊外，但卻不能接受房內衣帽間室內有算多的螞蟻爬行！
另一個缺點，就是員工之間的溝通不足！我們住３晚，３個早上都起碼有２—３位早餐餐廳員工來問房號！甚至有一晚，我們透過經理面對面訂了Thai Safari 晚餐(8pm)，結果到餐廳後，卻說沒有找到訂位，後來還說現在還有少許空枱，可給我們。
但最奇怪，我們訂完餐廳後，亦收到電話再次確認訂枱，為何沒有記錄？！
直到我們坐下後不久，餐廳職員竟致歉地向我們說原來有留枱，但留了房號及姓氏！
進餐廳時只問了房號，並沒有問及姓氏，我們當時真的有點尷尬，畢竟看似好像在門口擾攘。
所以這兩點真有必須要改善。
不過這家Banyan Tree BINTAN亦有些地方很值得稱讚，雖然有錯了，但亦很有禮貌，而且這次入住是我老公生日，他們的確晚上給了很難忘的驚喜，spa同樣有水準，碼頭接送的員工很友善，所以整體上也值得入住。
