Nice hotel in located at central city of Bandar Lampung with reasonable room rate during peak seasons. Rooms are clean and tidy. Quick check in process with friendly staff. Available free valet parking.

It is only good because there is no pool there and my kids are dissapointed. I know that it was my fault didn't notice when booked, but I still have to give rate right?

Gedung hotelnya tinggi tapi area parkir nya sangat terbatas, akhirnya kami menggunakan valet, tapi udah confirm ke petugas valet kalo habis simpen barang2 dikamar, kami mau keluar lagi jadi sm petugasnya mobil di parkir di sisi kiri gedung, dan saat akan keluar lagi kami mendapatkan kaca mobil sebelah kiri tidak ditutup kembali, itu bahaya sekali. Untuk sarapan, menunya sangat tidak menarik dan rasanya pun hambar, variasi sedikit sekali.

Kecewa dengan sambutan dari front desk saat check in. Si petugas harusnya tidak ditempatkan di depan, karena etika bicara yang sangat gak profesional. Jadi, saya lakukan pemesanan via aplikasi Traveloka yaitu 1 kamar dengan sarapan. Tapi saat check in, si petugas tanpa lakukan cross check menyatakan tidak dengan sarapan. Setelah diminta di check kembali, benar dengan sarapan. Tapi yang bikin mood jadi berubah, si petugas dengan entengnya bicara ' biasanya rate segitu tanpa sarapan '. Karena kondisi sedang capek karena baru tiba pukul 22:30, hal itu saya tidak perpanjang karena ingin segera istirahat. Saya sering menginap di Batiqa, tapi baru di Batiqa Lampung menjumpai petugas tanpa etika seperti ini. Dan ini mohon jadi perhatian manajemen. Selebihnya seperti Hotel Batiqa lainnya, kamar nyaman dan bersih. Hanya saja menu sarapan (yang diganti ke sahur) terlihat sangat terbatas. Tapi mungkin karena sahur saja.
