My experience staying at this hotel was less than pleasant, as the price increased significantly during the holiday period. When I checked in, my room wasn't ready, even though I arrived at 3:00 PM. When I was shown to my room, it was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Room service was quite good: water, tea and coffee, a shower, hot water, limited TV channels, and a fairly clean room. Outside the room, like the restaurant, the food was quite varied at breakfast. The swimming pool wasn't very clean but still usable. Overall, if there were 5 stars, I would give it 4. Thank you.

The staff on duty when I checked in was very unfriendly. The room I stayed in had cockroaches, and the floor was greasy, as if it had never been mopped. There were many small insects in the bathroom. The bottled water in my room was not refilled until the night before I checked out.

quiet location, comfortable, good and friendly staff... clean room, small TV and black TV screen, maybe the LCD TV is broken... The strange thing is the water is salty (shower and sink) I don't know if it's distilled sea water or other factors... So I want to brush my teeth I buy Aqua outside...

the price is ok... but when checking in, they said the hotel policy is to wait until 3 pm. waited a long time to get a room with an air conditioner that wasn't cold. had to move rooms with a drum first. the angry ones were disappointed... finally there were gentlemen who quickly helped... please speed up the check in time and make it as simple as possible...

even though I only stayed for 1 night and waited for some time to check in (yes this is still understandable because the atmosphere approaching the new year almost every hotel is full), I saw the hotel atmosphere is quite good, suitable for family vacation accommodation, with friends or alone, besides the atmosphere the hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful, this hotel also has a restaurant, a cafe to hang out, can also be used for business purposes, the location is very strategic easy to several tourist attractions and transportation routes are easy to reach
