Very bad experience, already paying in advance but the room not ready yet, bed cover not setup yet , ac not working , tv broken , dirty ( many ant around ). Look like ghost house. I cancel already but only half can be reimbursed. Very disappointed 😬.

This is a hostel that is really very nice and friendly, and the mbok whose guards are really good! Overall this hostel is good, maybe there is a little input: for WiFi if the room is not entered (except night), and the bed is no curtain so it is less comfortable.

The facilities are inadequate, the toilet is broken the room is dirty then the lights are not there ase no blankets nor are there any blankets.
