Terrible experience with this hotel. Never book this hotel again! Bedsheet is very very dirty (got stained), toilet is dirty as well, room have an unknown smell, whole hotel is very dirty and broke. Unlike what shown in photo. Please bear in mind before you decide to book

The room and shower room are not clean. The toiletrees are also disappointing. Hope the manager could improve the quality of this hotel.

Room is dated, dirty and moist. The conditions of the hotel are a vast difference from the photos shown on the website. I checked in but found it unbearable to stay. Booked another nearby hotel, Lee Hotel, for a night. Went back to check out in the morning. I have been a frequent traveller to different parts of Indonesia (Bontang, Perkanbaru, Dumai, etc) and this is the worst hotel that I ever booked. Not recommended! In the future if the hotels in Batam are fully booked, I would rather spend a night in a KTV or spa.

For hotels lacking cleanliness, please improve if for locations close to everywhere, this makes it easy to find food, it's not difficult.
