My stay here was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly. The place is comfortable. It's very close to Tugu Yogyakarta Station and Malioboro. Next time I go to Yogyakarta, I will definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For those looking for accommodation, you must try staying here. The staff are friendly, the cleanliness is decent, and the water is flowing well. It's an old building, but it's well-maintained. It's very close to Tugu Station, with no curfew, and it's also close to Malioboro Street and the Trans Jogja bus stop. If you're here during Eid, the Eid prayer area isn't far away. I recommend coming here again when you're in Jogja.

This time I booked an AC room, a double bed with a blanket, towels, clean and fragrant sheets, running water but there is no water heater, free coffee, tea and sugar are provided 24 hours a day, and the man who is on duty is always friendly.

I chose a fan-cooled room, Room 7 on the second floor. The maximum room size is two people. If you're bringing a family or have children, I recommend a family room. The shower, pillowcases, and bolsters are provided. The floor is quite clean. The only amenities in the room are a fan, a table, a chair, and a broom for cleaning the shower or the bed. The bathroom is outside/shared, very minimalist in size. There are two shared bathrooms, and there are a total of five rooms on the second floor. The PDAM water is very clean and there are also showers. The second floor in front of the room has chairs and a table, smoking areas, and free tea and coffee. The service is quite good, and checkout is also fast. Access to Malioboro is only a 1-minute walk and Tugu Station is a 6-minute walk. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Mr. Mas Bambang is a very kind service.. the room is clean. the site is strategic with such affordable price. we can sleep well.. the less probably the AC sound quite noise, perhaps it need service. thank you for the hospitality🙏

The guy who is looking after it is very friendly, the room is clean, the sheets are clean, the blankets are clean, sugar, tea and coffee are provided free of charge 24 hours, there is also a dining room downstairs for coffee and food, it is only a 5 minute walk to Malioboro, it is also opposite Tugu Station, the price is cheap... RECOMMENDED

The guesthouse is located in front of the station, so you don't have to hire a motorbike taxi (ojol), just cross the alley next to the Royal Malioboro Hotel. Access is very easy, just a short walk to Malioboro. Wi-Fi and AC are excellent. Free hot water, coffee, and tea are available in front of the waiting room. A place of worship is nearby, and the mosque is nearby. The motorcycle parking area is spacious and very safe. The guards are friendly. Just bring your toiletries. Overall, it's worth it.
