房东超级友好，去商场很方便，公寓很干净，房间干净，浴室干净，提供吹风机、毛巾、洗漱用品，冷热水供应充足，空调制冷效果好，电视也不错。储藏室很干净，还有个小冰箱。而且景色超棒！！

Apartemen, lokasi menyatu dengan mal, akses mudah dan dekat pusat kota. Menginap 2 malam hanya mendapat service kamar 1 hari saja. Tidak ada penggantian handuk dan pembersihan kamar.

Pesenin unitnya buat rekan yang mau bareng-bareng staycation di Surabaya. Salah satu unit yang banyak review baiknya. Kokonya ramah sekali dan jelasin semuanya dengan detail. Kamarnya bersih, yang paling epic disediakan sabun+shampoo Watson yang 1 liter 😅. Agak waswas karena ini pesenin buat temen tapi ternyata dia nyaman sekali, jadi nggak ragu misal mau nginep sini lagi.

Dari segi semua nya, super komplit, super bersih, semya fasilitas ada, apart langsung akses masuk mall pakuwon, anak-anak jadi betah lama-lama d srbya, kolam renang nya juga bersih banget, harus banget kesini wajib. Pemiliknya juga baik sekali 🥰.
