The location is strategic, just a short walk to Malioboro. The upstairs is the guesthouse, and the downstairs is the fried chicken restaurant. It's worth trying; the chili sauce is delicious.

The main advantage is its location in the city center, in the heart of Malioboro! The rooms are upstairs, and the fried chicken stalls downstairs sell it, so if you're hungry, you won't have any trouble finding food. You can also find other options nearby, as there are plenty of options. The facilities are adequate for this budget. Perhaps Wi-Fi would be even better.

Well, it's not bad for waiting for the night train. The downside is the room has no AC, no TV, and no towels. The bathroom is shared. Overall, it's pretty good.

On the plus side, the staff service is decent, especially the friendly owner, and it's only five steps from Malioboro. The only downside is the facilities and cleanliness. The room is stuffy, with only plywood walls, and even then, it's not fully equipped, so you can hear activities in the neighboring rooms. Furthermore, the balcony area is full of rat droppings and hasn't been cleaned. The floor is also quite dirty, and the hall area is also dimly lit. If it's just a place to sleep, for under a hundred, it's still worth it...
