No window in the room. I felt like it 's not inhabitable. It was difficult to go through the night because it was very noisy outside. When I checked the bed, it was actually really dirty.

First, room condition was nothing near the picture. At least on the picture the room seemed pretty neat although it had no windows. But, in reality the room was so humid since it had no ventilation at all even the toilet had no exhaust fan. I wouldn't even say that it's a room, seems more like a storehouse with a bed installed in it. There were even brown stains on the bed and pillow sheets, I didn't even want to lay myself on the bed. Toilet didn't flush, water ran really small. Corridor is really really dark. The lobby is really dusty. Couldn't get much worst? There were no towels, toilet paper, amenities provided in the rooms. Asked the staff for at least a towel and they said the towels are all at the laundry they can't provide any. Come on. Are you kidding me. Wanted to check out right away and move to another hotel but since there's an Asean event at the time almost every hotels were full occupancy. So we ended up staying up all night outside and checked out 7am to move directly to our 2nd hotel. Please, do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all cost.
