Very bad place to stay no recommend at all as we checked in 10 people were walking out I nearly wa tee to go as well but it was already 10pm so we just stayed really not like picture run down and everything old no towels no ac no TV that worked broken toilet no restaurant nothing to buy to eat or drink don't do it.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. It's just that the hot water didn't work when it was time for an afternoon shower. The hotel wifi also doesn't reach the room and in the room there are only 2 small bottles of mineral water without coffee & tea.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, but the restaurant is closed. Breakfast must be bought outside. Please replace the towels with new ones, because they are white in color, so the stains are hard to remove. Nice to stay here

Not bad for the price of 373. But for a luxurious hotel, not really. This is a simple one. View is decent. Cool. Neatness 6.5 and others, hopefully it will get better in the future. Amen

The receptionist is not on site 24 hours. The place is also dirty, there are cockroaches in the toilet and room. The room is quite spacious. It's just that cleanliness and service are lacking. Like not being cared for, the place is suitable for calm. No air conditioning and it's really cold.

When I first arrived, I saw that the hotel was very quiet, it was scary, when I opened the room I used an ordinary key, I didn't use a card like other hotels and entered the room like how it was, it wasn't really that bad, anyway. There are no mats and towels, and finally you can ask for it and you have to ask first. The toilet door is rotten and termites. And it doesn't match the photos on Traveloka. Just input for those who own this hotel: please take care of the hotel, starting from the rooms, toilets, balconies, everything. So that people are comfortable staying here instead of being disappointed, with a hotel of this size not being cared for, it's a shame.

Suka banget nginep di sini, bener-bener rekomen untuk anak-anak hehehe tempatnya sejuk, bukan yang dingin banget. Jadi masih aman untuk anak-anak. Tapi untuk airnya bener-bener dingin banget 😭 tempatnya juga nyaman dan bersih, sedikit kendala di air panasnya dan langsung di benerin. Pokoknya sukses selalu ❤️🌼.

Pesen 2 kamar di sini, awalnya sempet mau cancel bermalam di sini karena liat review-review di google. Tapi pagi-pagi jam 9 sempetin cek hotelnya, ternyata gak serem kok, kolam renang lagi dibersihin, tapi emang untuk lorongnya saja agak sedikit berdebu, tapi pas check in jam 3 sore ternyata kamarnya bagus, bersih gak ada debu, kamar mandi juga bersih banget, air panasnya jos. Udaranya seger banget dingin tanpa perlu AC lagi. Oh ya, pegawainya juga ramah-ramah.

Tempatnya bagus, semua fasilitas ada, kolam renang ada & di sini walaupun siang tapi dingin banget. Apalagi kalau malam. Recommended banget. Murah meriah dapet hotel bintang 5.
