Small unit for small family that need a place to stay at night, while having a busy day outside. Especially for those who want to go to UI (Universitas Indonesia). Perfect location with lot of local restaurants.

Nice room. The owner's treatment is not good. Songong. The owner didn't come down directly, he just ordered a third person to serve check-in. Checkout info from third person is invalid. At the end the owner cursed at the guest. Very unfriendly. Not recommended. It's better to just stay at the hotel.

The room is quite spacious, the afternoon is worn out, bowling here and there, smells, the water in the toilet has a brown smell.

The staff is difficult, resentful and annoying. Late check-out, half an hour, people at Uber Everything. The hotel just checked out an hour-2 hours still friendly, the staff was very surprised.
